3. How We Obtain Consent
You give consent to receive text messages when you:

- Text a keyword to our number (e.g., “START,” “QUOTE,” or similar)
- Provide your mobile number during scheduling or intake and agree to receive messages
- Confirm your opt-in verbally and via SMS
- Opt in through Fieldd CRM or other approved platforms
Marketing messages require express written consent.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on customer activity:
- Appointment reminders: 1–4 messages per appointment
- Service updates: As needed
- Fleet program notifications: Up to 2 messages per month
- Marketing messages: 2–4 messages per month (only with express opt-in)
5. Opt-Out & Help Instructions
You can opt out at any time by texting STOP.
After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
